This website provides information about Broad Strokes, accepts commission inquiries, and links to booking and payment services.

Commission Inquiries

Submitting an inquiry, booking a consultation, or using the contact form does not create a client relationship or guarantee that a commission will be accepted.

Custom work is confirmed only when the studio accepts the project terms, quote, schedule, and payment arrangement.

Pricing, Payments, and Cancellations

Prices, deposits, timelines, delivery details, and cancellation terms may vary by project and will be stated in the quote, invoice, or written project agreement.

Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. Those providers are responsible for their own payment terms, security practices, and policies.

Client Materials

You are responsible for making sure that text, images, references, names, crests, or other materials you provide may lawfully be used in the requested commission.

You grant the studio permission to use the materials you provide only as needed to review, quote, create, revise, deliver, and document the commissioned work.

Artwork and Intellectual Property

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, the studio retains copyright and creative rights in sketches, drafts, layouts, artwork, photographs, and site content.

Completed artwork is for the personal, display, ceremonial, or gift use stated in the commission. Commercial reproduction, resale, merchandise, or publication requires written permission.

Portfolio Use

Unless confidentiality is agreed in writing, the studio may photograph completed work and display it in a portfolio, website, social media, or studio materials.

If a project is private or sensitive, please request confidentiality before work begins.

Third-Party Services

This site may link to or embed services operated by third parties, including booking, forms, payment, fonts, and hosting providers.

The studio is not responsible for the content, availability, policies, or practices of third-party services.

No Warranties and Limitation of Liability
